I called Customer Service to close my account (I had just under 100 dollars balance) but they refused to give me back the 48 dollars they charged me in advance for annual fee covering the period April 2009 till March 2010. I did not charge any purchase to this card for more than 3 months. How is this possible when I clearly indicated to them that I no longer want to have this credit card? This is clearly a ripoff because the contract agreement does not say that they can just charge me for renewal even though I informed them about a month in advance that I no longer want to continue with their services. read full review »
