LCG Pence was informed by the realtor of poor quality of materials and/or workmanship before closing (Sept/Oct 08) when we bought unit#511 in Pacifica Tower, Riverscape St., Portland, OR. Although, they attended to some of the items on the check list they did not take care of major item of replacing wall tiles in Shower.
