I've had a Verizon telephone account for 16 years and Verizon DSL for at least five. We moved and decided to terminate our telephone service at the old location and have Fios Television and Internet installed at the new one. The installation was fine. One day after the installation (February 17) I contacted Verizon to have telephone service added to my new account.
