I was charged $29.95 twice in 4 days for a product I did not order or authorize. When I called the number that my bank gave me. The customer service rep. was asking me for all my personal information. Which I would not give them. I got into a heated discussion with her telling her I did not authorize any such charge. She told me that I would not be charged again, 4 days later I was charged another 29.95 after I had already canceled my card. The bank is unsure if they will be able to get my money back.
