I've been with Alltel for years, i resently started having problems with not being able to send picture massages and video messages. When i call tech support they just tell me "that their network doesn't support it." " Some times it works sometimes it don't". If that was the case then why when i signed a contract they didn't tell me that, and why would then sell a phone that does pics, videos, and text messages when their network doesn't support it.
