First of all, you MUST cancel the card(not your account)that was used. If you don't, they will keep taking your money. Unfortunately, you have to deal with these people through email and phone calls. These are the steps I took to get my money back: 1. send an email (subject MUST be REFUND) to [email protected] 2. post complaints on the BBB and FTC sites.
