I bought a brand new Kenmore Elite washer from Sears with the extended protection plan and have nothing but trouble with it from day one. Their protection plan is bogus as their technicians do not know what they are doing at all. What a waste of my time and money! After 7 service calls we still have the same issue-build up of scum in the tub that gets all in our clothes-disgusting! Will be throwing this washer out and will NEVER buy from SEARS or KENMORE again! BEWARE!!! read full review »
