We just read a complaint registered by a recent purchaser of a Sealy Posterdedic Mattress at Costco. We are experiencing the same chemical smell. We assumed it was just a new smell and would evaporate, but we just returned from a two week vacation and found the odor just as strong. We will contact Costco and the Sealy company.
