Husband purchased a pair of glass at Eye Glass World in Evansville, IN in December, 2008. Paid for the glasses before leaving and filed a claim with our insurance. Our insurance company paid Eye Glass World instead of us. I called the day they received the check and they claimed they had to forward it to their home office where they would issue a refund. After calling their home office (Vision Care Holdings) every week since then, I have been transferred to 4 different numbers. They have been bought out by National Vision and they are about as consumer friendly as Vision Care Holding. Two months of frustration and still no check. read full review »
