I was called after inquiring about a school grant on 02/12/09 and was told that they would send me a C.D. about how to file for a grant. They deducted $2.29 for the shipping out of my account, which I agreed to pay for this free C.D. The woman whom I was speeking with was very rude and pushy about other products that they had to offer. After I told her NO at least 3 times she hung up on me.
