Oh, I will NEVER EVER EVER order from Buy.com again. But I won't bore you with the 'ordering' part. Here's what happened when I tried to complain to their customer service dept: First of all, even though they gave me an order #, they had no record of that order. Then I write my complaint letter, and they send me an aut0-reply saying if I want to talk to someone directly, request their phone #. I do, and get back ANOTHER email, asking me for MY # instead.
