I purchased a car rental through Hotwire.com. At the end fo the purchase I was offered "insurance" on the car. I purchased the insurance assuming it was insurance on the car itself. I was later told that the insurance was for the trip itself. I called Hotwire and they refused to cancel the insurance. I feel that I was deceived during the purchase process. read full review »
