I was E-mailed by Frederick H. Customer Services from Grant Member Services on Apr 4, 2009 at 3:03:39PM and he stated I would by refunded my$ 94.89 on reference number 99804 in 88 day after my evaluation period. Well I've filled out TWO refund forms and still have never received a refund for my$ 94.89. SO now I'm E-mailing you back today asking for my refund of $94.89 because my 88 days is well over and I never ever used your services and I have my paper where he said my money would be refuned the same day the form was received BUT IT'S NOT BEEN REFUNED YET!!!SO CAN YOU GET THIS MATTER HANDLED A.S.A.P.? Tryed to pull up refund form and was not able to and called customer services and they told me to E-mail you people for my refund. Because it been over my 88 days I had to wait to get the refund, I spoke to Emily on the phone and she told me you would go ahead and just refund my card as long as I E-mailed you .THANK YOU!!! Was never cancled after being E-mailed on the on 3/13/2009 from Customer Service at <[email protected]> plus I never received a refund to my card for being charged twice like I was also E-mailed and told and my card was charged again on 4/1/2009 $94.89. I have all the E-mails to prove everything I've said is right so someone their can make it right or I will take this matter to someone else that will treat me right and not keep taking my money with out my approvel. So refund $191.67 to do the right thing. read full review »

I was led to believe you pay 1.99 one time fee for a grant from the GOV. for shipping cost of a CD and that was it .NO!!! they take 1.99 from me twice PLUS then they BILL me 94.89 twice thats a scam if I have ever see one. So PLEASE !!! BE awear of people like these ones because all they want is peoples money that people don't even have, LIKE ME!!! read full review »
