This man does not stand by his verbal or written word. Damage possibilities include carpet backing, pad, subfloor and mold. He drenched my carpet! It will not dry! He advertises 'Rotovac' process and is all over the place with ads. We reached an $80.00 verbal estimate and he showed up with his son.
