Zen Van Lines is the most unethical company i have ever dealt with. It took them 3 weeks to deliver my stuff when i was told only 1 week. They over charged me...after an underestimation to get the business. I was told i wouldn't be charged for 8 extra boxes and was. When i disputed they just said they wouldn't unload my stuff. I paid to have stuff packed and unpacked, but when they delivered it was 1 person. They dropped my stuff and left.
