My positon was in marketing and nursing, a family member performed duties as a private aid in the assisted living facility. The manager had a problem with that and harrassed the aid. She harrassed the aid and looked for any reason to complain about their performance. She explained to me she was going to call the residents family and complain about their work, gossiping etc. I listended to her disrespectful comments to the extent that I couldnt take it any more and I lost my cool and yelled at her.
