I submitted my order for a wig on 3/4/09, and have yet to receive a tracking number for my order. Sent an "email ticket" on the Max Wigs website requesting that my tracking number be sent a couple days ago, on 3/11. Mind you, this is from a company that was supposed to send my tracking number within 3 business days from the date of the order (3/4/09). Never ever got a tracking number, even after requesting one via email. Call me a stickler for prompt customer service, but I'd say Max Wigs does not have the same standard... read full review »
