I have contacted this company a multiple times in regard to an issue I had. On Jan 23 (or 24th…sometime close to that time frame), I attempted to make a reservation on their website that didn't go through. I got an error instead of a confirmation. I finally got frustrated and abandoned my effort. I also never got an email confirming a reservation, and so I had absolutely no reason to believe that a reservation had gone through, TILL I got a call from the driver at the time when I was headed to the airport.
