i work for a dtv retailer. we are not dtv we just sell it. people call us all the time and yell and scream at us for all kinds of things. i treat them terribly because they treat me that way. but shut up about dtv having bad customer service. 1. we are not dtv. 2. we are not customer service. 3. you probably called the wrong number 4. the person your talking to is not who you think they are.
