I enrolled in Kaplan University in January, 2009 for what I thought would be in courses that would teach me to troubleshoot, repair, build, and maintain computers. Instead I ended in a class that teaches how to build web servers and the likes. Not only that they charged way too much money for the two classes I was enrolled in. I never received any money after they got theirs and then they told me I was entitled to 351.00 after their fees and tuition. I didn't receive any money from the loans or pell grant.
