Used this service for 6 years. Found out right before I closed my business that when I moved the business 3 years ago they never changed the monitoring address. Asked to change it 2 or 3 different times when I found out & had false alarm calls. Now my business is closed & they refuse to cancel my service. They say I am under contract. I have no business to monitor & no funds & they still refuse to cancel in spite of their error of monitoring the wrong business for 3 years. read full review »
