Ordered 3 items 12/16/08, with shipping guaranteed in 7-10 days. Heard nothing, and they did not return daily phone calls. Finally shipped 1/21/09, having already billed my AMEX card. Only 1 of 3 items arrived. Numerous phone calls have not been returned. State they are "investigating", but other than contacting UPS, the shipper, cannot document any other effort.
