I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM TO DATE! I emailed natures-acai.com/billing to cancel on 2/28/09 when I noticed the unauthorized charges to my credit card, then I called the 800-983-7968 to cancel & was told it would be taken off my acct but has not been done yet.
