I followed the directions to the letter, collected my receipts and mailed them. They came back as undeliverable. I then called their 800 number 800-514-0366 which is an invalid #. Then I went to their website FreeGasCentral.com and tried their other # 727-536-7744 which is disconnected. In the meantime, the credit card I used to pay the $5 fee has been hacked.
