After ordering the Diatary Supplement on 1/31/09 no shippment was received. A charge of $3.97 was made to my card on that date. On 2/21/09 a new charge was made to my credit card by GNA*Vitamins - 800-5954650 CO in the amount of $79.90. When I was able to get through to customer service, speaking with Rosie, she stated that the product was sent out but she would send out another order requesting signature at time of receipt. Again no product was received to date, 3/14/09. As in the past it is impossible to get through to anyone at GNS without being on hold for more than 40 minutes. read full review »
