I received a call from I.C. systmes this morning at 8:12 am with a harrasing person calling me on a debt that hasnt been verified. That is the first step debt collectors have to do is verify the debt. When I called them back and gave them my phone number they didnt know who they were calling. I happen to know the Fair Debt Collection Practices act because I work in the field as a debt negotiator. I called them back, asked for their name and id and put them on notice.
