I received a "free gift" from Reader's Digest. I was suprised, as I had never ordered anything from the company or had even been contacted by them. A few days later, I received an invoice in the total of $29.01 for something I never ordered. I finally located a number on their website under "Customer care" and am now waiting on the line (and have been for about 1/2 an hour). This is absolutely rridiculous that someone could send you something under the false pretenses of a "free gift" and then send you an invoice... read full review »
