took my 9 week old min. pin. puppy to this hospital and was shocked by the Outrageous behavior of veterinarian Karen O. Liss who's acts reminded me of a heartless butcher. I agree that some procedures can be painful for the puppies but first of all, a professional doctor MUST advise of the alternative ways of getting a test done, advise whether or not this procedure is necessary at THIS PARTICULAR time and ask if the owner of the dog is consenting!!!
