20 years ago my identity was stolen and used to obtain a credit card from Citi Bank. $2000.00 was charged on this card. About 2 years ago I started getting threatening phone calls from Portfolio. I explained to them the situation and made it clear that the debt occurred almost 20 years ago. They have continued to leave messages several times a week on my phone and have left messages on my son's phone. They don't care that I was a victim 20 years ago. Nor do they seem to know that that the statute of limitations for debt recovery in UT is 4 years. read full review »
