I purchased a Dell 42" plasma monitor from a dell kiosk in Henderson, NV 2 years ago. It suddenly has no picture and apparently Dell has no repair options for their plasma products. After speaking with tech support and the Out-of-Warranty department, here is Dell's out-of warranty policy 1: either ship it to their center in Ohio at a cost of $1, 000, plus whatever parts and labor, or 2: an out-of warranty exchange where they will send me a replacement for $999.
