I sent online for their information cd for a cost of 2.99 which I paid by debit card. They called and asked if I would like a 21 day free trial for savings on groceries and gas and would be able to cancel at no charge within the 21 days. In checking my bank account just a few days later I found that they had withdrawn $94.29 from my bank account. I called them and finally talked to a rep. who told me to go online at support@grantmemberservices where I could request a refund. Now all I am finding under that website are complaint boards against them. Is there any way to get my money back? Kathy Castagnola. read full review »
