I ordered an item. I checked my account on the website to see if it processed the day after that. I was sent an email telling me that I could go to my account anytime to check for a tracking number(before or after that). I wrote an email the 3rd day asking if I could get a tracking number today. Well, someone wrote me an email back addressing me as Hello, (instead of my name), which seems very unprofessional to me(I don't know how anyone else would feel about this). I had ordered a pair of boots in October 2008, RECIEVED THEM 4 WEEKS LATER (sorry Newport News you were way too late, now I would not onsider having the boots.) ---- I found another pair elswhere that I had ordered after I oredered them and didn't need to get express shipping to get them way sooner than the slow Newport News' order came in. ---- So I returned them through UPS.
