I invested with Kim & Charles Petty 20, 000 on two investment flip properties. They provide a deed to one property but it was never renovated or sold. It was eventually foreclosed by the town. The property value was not enough to cover the cost of demolition. They did not provide a deed to the second property. It was subsequently sold but proceeds were not returned to me.
