For three consecutive months I've been on the phone trying to get the price I was originally quoted. That price required sending in a rebate but that was never mentioned on the phone or prominently noted. So I missed that. But the real issue was that I was sollicited soon after installation by a Direct tv agent offering all the channels for free. I was suspicious and asked every question because my priority was to keep things cheap. I did not care about all those channels.
