I purchased a Wal*mart pre-paid credit card. I registered by phone and have not yet gotten my new card. I registered back on Feb. 23, 2009 and still nothing. How much longer will i have to wait. I'm using it to pay bills and to not have alot of cash on me. Please help. read full review »
