In August 2008 I opened an account with Wachovia because it's where my parent's bank in Florida. I have been unemployed since October and have been using the account to receive funds from my parents to assist with bills. In Feb 2009 I had a garnishment placed on my account (which Wachovia never notified me of until just 3 days ago in writing) which caused a few numbers to be off but not to cause Overdrawing my account.
