It must be awful that all 2 of you had a terrible experience with the owner of Tres Jolie, and not to mention other business she runs (alone) while designing for magazines and movies as well. I wonder if the thousands of other people she deals with on a day to day basis have had the same experience as well. I guess the two of you should get together and boycott outside her store. That would be funny to watch. One question. Why havent either one of you thought about going down to the store personally and taken care of this situation?
