Everytime I try to call to correct the billing on my account, I get a 55minute hold. I need to get credit for the two charges of unopened and not ordered hoodiawater and gum! This was never part of my agreement. I only agreed to pay shipping and handling, but was charged 44.85 twice on my Am Express card. Help!! read full review »
