Albert Moving subcontracted a packing and loading job for our move with ABF trucking company. The local company they subcontracted did $1800 worth of damage to our furniture and were grossly negligent in two other cases. Dealing with the claims process was a seven-month headache. I frequently had to hound them to return phone calls or reply to emails. Ultimately they paid full replacement cost of only two of the many damaged items, and none of the repair costs.
