I am also a victim of extremespells. When my spells didn't work, and I made my request for a refund, I got the total run-around. Robert insisted that I use the 'free' reinforcement spell, however, he failed to mention that by using this free reinforcement (which I did not use), you automatically forfeit your eligibility for a refund.
