I recently got the 'Ultimate Facial Free Trial' and decided not to keep it... I logged on to the web-site to cancel and found that the option I needed was not there, so I called the next day. I was told that my account was already being charged and my 'Free' Trial had ended the night before. After explaining my problem with the web-site I was told in no uncertain terms, that I would just have to deal with it because there was no one who would help me!!!
