Verizon land line's caller ID is a joke. Most of my incoming calls, show Unavailable, with a phone number, if I don't recognize the number shown, I don't answer the phone. When the ID shows unavailable and unavailable, I don't answer the phone. same with the private calls. I've been blaming it on Wells Fargo collectors (the economy), and it still might be, at least partially.
