The owners name is Chris and he is from Portugal, he was a partner in this shop and cheated Mr Gehringer out of his share. Chris then started to buy and sell cars wholesale and started to cheat there too by not paying the people he bought the cars from. Furthermore he cheats a buyer by rolling back the odometer and when he sells it he signs the form 'actual mileage unknown' to protect himself.
