These guys are rude, incompetent and extremely secretive about the names of managers and supervisors. I wonder why. The gory details involve me placing an order several times and getting a constant stream of emails about why they couldn't verify the order, despite or continued confirmation of credit card details, phone numbers, etc. The agents like Will and Brian are rude.
