I authorused a payment for £1.41 taken by PRODUCTCUSTOMERSUP UNITED STATES on 16th Feb 2009 for information on home working, which was never received. On the 24th Feb 2009 a payment of £28.74 was taken by GOOGINCOME without any authorisation or knowledge to myself.
