We wanted to place bid on our product called NoClone but the new upload.com interface had a bug that didn't list NoClone, so another product was submitted for a pay per download bid. The bid could not be cancelled and we was charged US$3846.5 ! Cnet did not response my reques to cancel the bid, I have no choice but tell the world how Cnet did business badly.
