This company is awful. I had them for a year before moving to a condo that is directly underneath my old condo. After I moved I had my cable transferred downstairs. That started the whole problem. After numerous trips and 8 cable/DVR boxes later they finally were able to get my service to work. But they still could not get the On Demand for my HBO/Showtime to work correctly so I cancelled those items. Well that was two years ago.
