I emailed for info and agreed to pay the $2.29 shipping cost. Then on 2/13 I was charged 39.95 for nothing. I have received nothing nor requested any further information from this company. I tried to call them at the number on my bill 1800 487 7085, that number is not a working number...at least they never answer...I stayed on hold 25 minutes. How do I get a refund?
