I recently received a notice in the mail that GRC-General Revenue Corp. was seizing my joint income tax returns to pay for student loans that my husband had incurred before we married. Unfortunately we were unaware of these student loans that they claim he owes because my husband was under the impression that the US Navy GI bill had paid for his schooling several years agi when he attended.
