I have been trying to get a hold of their technical support for 3 days. First time on hold 43 minutes, second time 37 minutes and today so far 27 minutes. I spoke to someone in sales (they picked up immediately) and she told me their support is running over one hour hold times!!! FAQ's were not helpful. All this for a $30 part. Just not worth dealing with this company. read full review »
